Plaza 555 consists of two 14 story  “mid-century modern” office towers and a 792 space parking garage in downtown Sacramento.  The project is strategically located with a desirable Capitol Mall Avenue address just 3 blocks from the State Capital and directly across the street from a primary entrance into the new Golden One Center arena. 

The project was purchased in 2014 and has undergone a major renovation including the addition of a 3rd floor sky deck, a large conference center, and the addition of two restaurant on the ground floor.
