Sheel Heer, Project Administrator
Born and raised in Kenya and shaped by global experiences, Sheel brings a unique international perspective to property management. After earning her Honors degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, she built a career grounded in market insight, client relationships, and creating long-term value.
At Rubicon, Sheel serves as the Building Manager for the 555 Capitol Mall where she oversees approximately 1 million square feet of high-rise office space. She thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and brings a blend of cultural awareness, professionalism, and operational expertise to every project she manages.
