Anvi Purohit, Building Manager for 400 Capitol Mall

Anvi Purohit grew up in the Sacramento/Davis area and brings a well-rounded background in real estate, property management, and operations to her role at Rubicon. She has experience across multiple facets of the real estate industry, with a strong foundation in both administrative and hands-on property operations.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Anvi worked in 1031 Exchanges, specializing in real estate tax deferrals and supporting transaction coordination.

Anvi has worked with D&S Development in Downtown Sacramento as an Assistant Office Manager and Property Manager, overseeing high-end apartment communities, condominium units, and two shopping centers. In this role, she managed accounts payable, prepared profit and loss statements, cut investor checks, and supported overall property and financial management functions.

While attending Chico State, Anvi worked as an onsite apartment manager, handling budgeting, bidding, and executing onsite projects, coordinating unit turnovers, and managing all aspects of daily property operations.

Earlier in her career, she spent three years with Lyon Real Estate as an administrative professional, where she assisted clients, entered listings into the MLS, and created marketing materials for agents.

With a diverse background spanning real estate, development, property management, and operations, Anvi brings a practical, detail-oriented approach and a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate assets.
