Anvi Purohit, Building Manager 

Anvi is our Building Manager for 400 Capitol Mall and is responsible for over 1 million square feet of high-rise office space for Rubicon. She grew up in the Sacramento/Davis area and brings a diverse background in real estate, property management, and operations to her role at Rubicon. Her experience includes 1031 Exchanges, property management, transaction coordination, and administrative support across multiple areas of the real estate industry.
