Heather joined Rubicon in 2018 and is responsible for the building administration services at 555 Capitol Mall.  Heather's tasks include tenant and vendor coordination, special event management, and construction coordination. Prior to joining Rubicon, Heather practiced residential real estate in California's Central Valley for 7 years.  Heather holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Services.
