Kipp Blewett is a principal partner and co-founder of Rubicon Partners, Inc. and serves as CFO of the company.  Kipp has developed and repositioned more than 1.0M sf in the Sacramento Metro Area with Rubicon Partners over the past 15 years.

 

Prior to co-founding Rubicon Partners, Kipp served as a Corporate Officer and Vice President for the Sacramento Region of Spieker Properties, Inc., a publicly traded REIT.  Prior to joining Spieker, Kipp worked in Citicorp's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City.

 

He received a MBA in Finance from Duke University  and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
