Kipp Blewett is a principal partner and co-founder of Rubicon Partners, Inc. and serves as CFO of the company.  

 

Prior to co-founding Rubicon Partners, Kipp served as a Corporate Officer and Vice President for the Sacramento Region of Spieker Properties, Inc., a publicly traded REIT.  Prior to joining Spieker, Kipp worked in Citicorp's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City.

 

He received a MBA in Finance from Duke University  and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
