Melanie joined Rubicon in 2008 and currently directs the repositioning, construction, leasing and management of approximately 1.1 million square feet of high-rise multitenant office space in downtown Sacramento. 

 

She has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including 8 years managing 10 multitenant suburban office buildings for Spieker Properties in Sacramento.

 

Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara.
