Melanie joined Rubicon in 2008 and currently oversees the repositioning, construction, leasing, and management of approximately 2.5 million square feet of high-rise, multi-tenant office space in Downtown Sacramento.

She brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including eight years managing 10 suburban multi-tenant office buildings for Spieker Properties in Sacramento.

 

Melanie holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara.
