Rubicon Partners (“Rubicon”) is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm that acquires, develops and manages commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Northern California region.  Working primarily with joint-venture partners, Rubicon’s mission is to actively build and manage quality real estate that provides attractive risk adjusted returns to investors.

 

Formed in 2001, Rubicon is recognized as an established leader in the Sacramento marketplace.  Our principals have successfully developed and repositioned over  5 million square feet in the region including many of the region's most notable properties such as The Citizen Hotel, Plaza Five Fifty-Five, 400 Capitol Mall and numerous suburban Class A office projects.

 

Rubicon leverages its deep market knowledge, strong relationships, experience, leadership, and proven performance to consistently add value to real estate investments.  

Our reputation and vertically integrated capabilities enable us to identify and capitalize on unique investment opportunities.
